Thank you for visiting our website. We are Special Education Advocates and Consultants working to provide advocacy services for the child with physical, emotional, behavioral, developmental delays and learning disabilities. CARE’s California IEP advocates assist families in obtaining the Free and Appropriate Public Education (FAPE) their children are entitled to.
Our experienced California IEP advocates for children with disabilities work directly with parents and caregivers to secure the necessary services and education for those who qualify under IDEA and ADA.
We accompany the parent or caregiver to the IEP meetings and help develop an appropriate educational program (IEP) that will allow for the child to be more successful.
The goal of our California IEP advocate company is for parents and caregivers to learn the special education process and become more knowledgeable about the IEP process to guarantee that their child receives a free and appropriate education (FAPE). We like to develop a collaborative working relationship between the families and schools.
